There is nothing more important AXIS Foundation, Inc. (AFI) than the trust and confidence of our donors & sponsors. For that reason, AFI maintains the highest standards of professionalism, accountability and transparency in the stewardship and financial management of donors’ investments into our community.We are still growing and expect great things in 2013. For 2012, our revenues from donors and grants (excluding our Google Adwords Grant) was slightly less than $50,000.
Finance Committee and the Board of Directors
AFI Committee and Board Members are all non-paid volunteers that includes community leaders and a broad spectrum of professionals.
AFI Finance Committee – meets to review AFI’s year-to-date financial statements, discuss other significant financial issues and oversee the financial policies and procedures of AFI.
AFI Board of Directors – reviews and approves all financial issues and commitments. As well, they review the financial statements and information returns. The Board approves the annual budget and associated agency funding recommendations.
IRS Form 990
AFI has it's IRS Form 990 and California Franchise Tax Board Form 199 prepared for submission via the "Foundation Group" online at http://www.501c3.org/. The IRS Form 990N for 2010 is also posted on the web site.
Code of Ethics
