AXIS Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization that provides services to troubled youth (in Riverside & Los Angeles Counties) through life skills training, free piano and organ lessons and, as well, money education seminars.  We target youth (typically foster care as well as other school age children/adults) ages 14-24, and provide several activities that assist in their social and economic development.

Our Primary Goal

The primary goal is to increase graduation rates and opportunities for success by:

  1. reducing truancy and after-school criminal activity opportunities, while...
  2. enhancing school success potential among elementary pre-teens and teens through involvement in after-school music, reading / math and financial literacy programs.

Plato once said that music "is a more potent instrument than any other for education." Music trains the brain for higher forms of thinking.
